Thanks for you comments. We require customers to log into the Forum for security purposes. We are working on merging all our logins but this development is particularly complex in nature and is likely to take us some time to implement. That said, you should be able to use the same password that you use for MyOffice, for the Forum, although currently you would need to register for the Forum first.
We could allow anonymous Ideas but we would need to check them before going live to ensure they didn't contain anything abusive / spam etc.. By asking customers to register & login to the Forum / Ideas sections the comments can be made live without the need to be checked first.
