Stop divert from ceased line

Hi

 

I have an issue with a line which has been ceased as it still diverts to a mobile number when called. The number was set to divert all incoming calls *21* to a mobile in the days before it ceased and although the line no longer exists whenever this number is called the caller will get put throught to the mobile associated. 

 

Does anyone know how to turn this off? We can't call into the exchange as remote (smart) divert was not active on the line so the divert was set up on the line by a phone plugged in to the line?
