Hi Everyone,
I deal with port forwarding on the Business Hub on a frequent basis. The problem is when the router goes off to find a update for the firewall from BT it erases all port forwarding entries.
I know that this can be switched off as BT advised some of our customers to do this before.
Where do I find this option so I can switch this annoying feature off?

sorry to read about the issues you are having with the Business router.
I am afraid you would need to speak with our Technical Team who can assist you with this. Hopefully one of the other forum users would be able to assist you further with this also.

The method of turning off updates was more of a work around rather than an option when we were getting a lot of these issues. Unfortunately this work around no long 'works' as it were, so your best option is to call the support desk and have the router replaced as the heartbeat shouldn't be clearing the settings like that.
