F.A.O: BT TOP Managment

We are unfortunately a business which switched form previous supplier to BT when we moved our office last month.
We were given all sorts of assurances and promises were made just to get the order.Once its ordered ,all started falling down like a bunch of cards.
We were promised for our BT line and broadband installed within 7 working days,took 3 weeks.When we called to enquire,we were told nothing they can do about it so we had no choice but to wait.
we were given date of installation on 10th Oct 2012,with no time frame at all and the engineer calls on the early morning of 10th around 8:25 to say he is at premises.
On the call I did tell the engineer that I am out but there is some1 in the office but he surprisingly prefferred to wait.My instincts were that he is going to mess around so I called my colleagues to go down and ask the ENGINEER to come in the office and start installing.
Not to our surprise,he left without even notifying.
For the past 3 days we are calling every single dept but no one seems to be helping out here.
We are a business and loosing now everyday almost £1000 a day.Our staff comes but cant work as no telephone line,no broadband,cant advertise our new no on website,cant do anything.
The new date we are given is 3rd Oct and they expect a running business to wait until then.
We are starting a legal proceeding against them now and I require some1 form the managment to call me back to discuss the options and start talking responsibilities.
