Hi,
I have a client who is on BT for internet and phone. They want to transfer their number to an ITSP as they are geared up for VOIP and want to make proper use of it. I've just been trying to put the question to BT support but have had no joy.
So, if they make the request to the ITSP to transfer the number, will BT shut the line down with the obvious consequences, or can it be arranged for another number to take the place of the transferred one and keep things going?
I'm not having much joy with this...
