I'm looking to transfer from BT to Office 365. Has anyone done this and can you let me know what the procedure is? Calling support on numerous occasions hasn't helped.
I think its only my 365 tenant that needs changing, no one seems to know how to do this and I have no visibility on the MS side at all.
