I have been told by my new Host EvoHosting, that I need to change the IPS tag on my client's account to their name, but I cannot see where to do this on the Domain Management screen. I also want to re-direct the BT Domain name (.co.uk) to the new hosted site with a .com suffix but when I tried to use the re-direct screen, it told me that doing what I wanted would make the site unresolvable and it refused to save my changes. Can anyone help me as I appear to be going around in circles with this.

You will need to fill in a transfer out request to change the IPS Tag.
This can be done by going to dnsforms.co.uk
Hi,
Changing the suffix from .co.uk to .com is same as changing the domain name. I think, you have to buy the domain again with .com suffix and redirect all the database and coding to the new domain.
There is no other way according to my knowledge.
