Hi there, hope someone can assist with my problem - I transferred a domain into BT hosting (www.grab.org.uk) on 18/19th december and site still won't load.
In the process I clicked on button to make the transferred domain the hosting primary BUT message came up to try again later which I tried to do but couldn't get to that screen again - has left me with apparent anomoly of 2 primary hosting accounts when there should just be the one & desired url not picking up website with old url I want forwarded to new one still working.
Ran site checker & all seems well there with all content present and transferred in domain displayed at top left!
any ideas? has an authorisation step been missed?
