Tried to log in to my two BT wesbsites this morning that are still using the old Trelix system, to find that I can't as I get a message telling that Trelix does not support the sites!!!!! Does this mean BT have dumped the software without telling anyone and how do I now access my wesbites? Anyone else had this problem today?

I've been having the same problem since Saturday. I raised a query with the support team and they've emailed me this morning to say it is a known issue and they are working on resolving it. Let's hope it's not too long! I did some work on my website on Friday afternoon which I wanted to finish on Saturday with a view to launching a new service today - had to put that on hold now!!! very frustrating.

Yes i am having this problem also. I wanted to login to upload a file for one of my customers. Can't do it now.
