Unable to purchase more basic web packages

Tried to purchase another web hosting starter package using credit card for month 1 only then quarterly bills  ......payment step fails to load....let me know when its fixed ..

not had any reponse ...had to ring and order manually ...does anyone check these forums from BT ?

tried to manage the services I just ordered and guess what .....its not working ...wont display any services ....saturday 9:19 ....

I am sorry you have had difficulty with this.  Although there was an outage over the weekend, currently, there are no reported problems.  If you have any difficulty with this, then Sales is really the best place to go.

I'm going to move this to the Feedback section, since this topic relates to an outage which is now resolved.
