Unable to sync ipad with Macbook after installing new BT Businesshub 2701 HGV-C

Hi,  New businesshub received this morning and installed OK.  Now I am unable to sync my ipad wirelessly. Clearly this is an issue associated with the new hub as it was OK only an hour before using the old hub.  ipad syncs OK hardwired but this is not useable for me owing to the app used to sync documentation. Please advise how to adjust settings on the Hub to restore syncing capability.  Both the Macbook and the ipad are connecte OK to the wi-fi netwrok.

Try to reset your iPod wireless connection and re-paired it to your new hub.

HI,

 

Thanks, have already done that, did a reset of all network connections on the ipad as well - still no joy.

2701 HGV-C is definitely buggy - try setting it with a fixed IP and all goes through OK. Had major issues with this hub and STILL not resolved.
