Unable to update ISP

Hi can some one please help before i go crazy. Windows security alerts are telling me that my anti-virus is out of date. The problem is when i try to update i get a message that reads: BT Internet Security Pack cannot be updated while a manual anti-spyware scan is running. I have made no changes that i am aware of and this is starting to drive me nuts. Any ideas i can't be the only person to of experienced this.

Hi Steph,

Thanks very much for taking the time to get back to me on this. I seem to of sorted it out myself. I ran all the scans i could do and they found some spyware which i deleted. I then tried to update again and it did it no problem. So dam simple in the end. Feel a bit stupid now lol, Smiley Very Happy

Hi Zoelee900,

 

In this instance it might be best if the technical team have a look at your account to see what is going on.

 

You can email them via the "Technical or general enquiry" online form, or call them on 0845 600 70 20, open 24/7.
