BT suggest I might like to alter the e-mail address I log in with:
"Your New Username
Set up your service so you can log in using your company email."
They give me a choice of two alias e-mail addresses based on our website address. I want to go on using the simple @btconnect.com address I've always used. It's shorter and I could type it in my sleep. Often do, in fact.
The wording on BT's web page suggests that the change is optional, but I can't click the Confirm button without choosing a different address so it looks as though I have to alter my username. Am I missing something here?
