Hi, I have read through a huge number of posts and don't see an answer to my questions. I wonder if someone can answer the following:
1. Can we add a new BBM module (or BBM plus?) to our existing Versatility system (approx 18 months old and still under a maintenance contract)?
2. Can we use BT Business Broadband Voice with the Versatility system and a BBM?
3. Can we port two geographic numbers (0131 441...) to the BT Buisness Broadband Voice and have them routed through the Versatility system? If not...
4. Can we use BT Hosted VOIP with the Versatilty system and a BBM?
5. Can we port two geographic numbers (0131 441...) to the BT Hosted VOIP and have them routed through the Versatility system?
Fingers crossed as we really want to do either point 3 or 5 above.

Hi jamiem,
1) A BBM or BBM+ can be added to a existing Versatility but may require a software upgrade and possibly a Universal Motherboard. if your system is maintained then contact your account manager.
2) BT Business Broadband VOIP will work on a Versatility.
3) You will need to speak to the BT Business Broadband VOIP helpdesk to answer this question.
4) BT Hosted VOIP is not currently support on the Versatility.
