Hi,
We have recently had a move to a different office and therefore a new extension number and I have renamed the extension to reflect its new purpose.
Can anyone help with info on how (if it's possible) to change the fact that the message 'dial 2 for sales' that an incoming caller hears, now needs to point to extension 28 and not extension 26?
