recently took over a couple of offices for my company and they are fitted with BT Versatility Private Exchange Units, I have checked with the previous owner and he installed them himself, they are working fine but on the main extension 20 it keeps displaying "commission system" the previous owner just ignored the message but i would like to sort it so I know the system is working ok.
Also is there a way of remote configuring the main units as I have three versatitiltys and i don;t want to have to go round all the sites and configure each one as they are quite far apart.
I have looked on the internet and there a number of companies that say they can help with both problems but I thought I would try BT first as its your name on the box.
