I am writing to express my annoyance towards consistently slow broadband speeds, for about a year i've been lucky to hit 1mbps, an now for about a month it's dropped to an average of 0.01mpbs. I am very unhappy with your service and the temptation to move to another provider is growing everyday - it even took close to a minute loading this page. As i'm paying for your highest package I believe I should get great broadban speeds. Please LISTEN to me BT, after all, the customer is always right.

Have you contacted our Business helpdesk to report the issue with the speed of the line? If you go to contact us you will be able to speak to our Business broadband helpdesk to report the problem with your line.
