Does BT offer a Q&A voicemail type facility, or can we use our current BT Phone Cloud’s IVR for the following purpose?
For example, when customers call us and go to voicemail, we would like the auto receptionist to ask a series of questions, with different questions depending on the callers options/response.
At the moment, we spend a lot of time returning calls, obtaining the relevant information, then calling the customer back again. We would like to cut all this down, so we have a voicemail with all the relevant info for when we respond to them.
