I have a problem and can’t get anywhere with the BT help lines. I have web hosting through BT and I had a problem late last year with BT invoices and my account was suspended, then reactivated. But I am not getting invoices again from BT. I enquired why and according to the billing department my account was never reopened but the technical department say my account is open and fine. Which it actually is, it works absolutely fine, except that I am not being charged for it. I cant get the two departments to talk to each other to resolve this and every time I ring up I have to go over it again and again, Billing say it is a technical query and vice versa.
I would like to know if anybody has had a similar problem and how was it resolved? Or if anybody could give me a useful number? Not the main telephone numbers. I really am going round in circles so any help would be really appreciated.
