Web-site Reader feedback

While running an extensive web-site of my own, I am just commencing using BT for a web-site for the local parish council.  Their site, as I develop it, will, undoubtedly include a Guestbook - but I also have the idea that we should have a moderated discussion list (mailing list).  I see from your web-site about setting up a mailing list for e.g. circulation of newsletters etc.   Is there a facility for reader feedback to be available (after moderation) by others of the list?

Nothing directly availible in the control panel, unfortunately. There are a few good programs that can do this, phplist comes to mind, but with the features in the control panel your best bet would be to set up an email address, for example feedback@domain.co.uk and have someone check that and as information needs to be made availible to the mailing list forward it via an email forwarder or Announcer Pro.
