Website Forwarding Not Working

Hi, activated web forwarding a couple of weeks ago.  Still not activated.  I logged back into account today and re forwarded it and says record already created use advanced tools.  In advanced tools i cannot delete the A records

I am forwarding pykesmithcutler.co.uk to pykesmithandcutler.co.uk

Please can you help.
