Dear All,
BT built my website in 2009 and it works fine but recently I have tried to access Joomla to edit the site and I am unable to get passed the the entering of my user name and password which I fill in, click to access, then I am presented with a near blank screen and I can't get in, I am using Safari to access this but hours spent trying find solution have led me knowwhere.
Have telehoned BT many time and they are unable to help me.
Would be very greatful should anyone know what I am to do, I am very computer illerate so laymans terms please.
