What happens if you are aready using Office 365 purchased seperately, with mail for the domain being redirected?
The BT migraration process wants to use the domain name as the login name, but I am already doing this. I fear a serious loss of service heading my way
If you have created a different account for the Office 365 aside from your other purchased BT services, it could be a problem. I suggest for you to contact BT about it so they stands aware.
I am not confident that BT support understand the issue, not understanding DNS MX records for example, but reassure me that all will be OK. I wait with trepadation
