Getting a bit desperate for help here. I've just taken out a contract for BT Business Broadband, which has gone active today. Together wish this I ordered Business Broadband VOIP. I gather that I was meant to get an email with my new VOIP number, but I have not had this, so can't activate VOIP!
I've emailed support, but I've had no reply at all.
Can someone please help ASAP?

If you contact the team on Contact Us they would be able to offer you support with your VOIP account.

As I pointed out in my first post, I emailed support more than 24 hours ago (I have an Incident number) and still have not had a reply!
I thought I should expect priority support with Business Broadband? I still have no VOIP facility. Not a good start.

If you are still having any issues try contacting the VOIP team on 0800 169 1146 (option 2) and they will be able to provide all details and get you setup after validation
