Why does my 2701HGV-C router log off overnight?

We have a newly installed BT 2-wire 2701HGV-C router. We generally leave it on overnight but find that every morning it has logged itself off and we need to either reboot it or switch it off and back on again to re-connect. I have read somewhere that there is a setting for switching off a 'power save' mode, but for the life of me I cannot access any such setting on the HomeHub control panel software.  Any ideas?

If there is a powersave mode, i've never seen it myself (will check in the morning). Your best bet is to call the helpdesk when the router is having the issue so it can have proper troubleshooting done. If you call when it's working, all tests will reflect a working session and won't really give any insight. If you call 0845 600 7020 opt 2 when it's down testing can be done, the desk is 24/7 so call at your convenience.

it appears the power save option you've been reading about is for the BT Home Hub 2.0, the 2701 router you have is a Business Hub 2.0 and doesn't have that feature.
