access to hub3 over internet

Hi

have a remote site with a bt hub3.

I seem not to be able to access it from outside using the static IP address

What am I doingwrong?

With the Business Hub 3, it is not able to be accessed remotely; you would need to setup port forwarding to a computer behind the hub and access this computer remotely, then use that computer to allow you to access the hub.
