bt versatility analogue trunk problems

Hi all

I'm trying to install a BT Versatility on 3 analogue PSTN trunks with 4 extensions

I have tested the lines and they are working!

I've enabled the lines in the system programming

If I choose a line key or dial 9 I just get busy displayed on the feature phone extn 20

An incoming call rings on the extn but if I try to pick it up I also gt busy on the display

Any Ideas?

Try re booting the system. You need to disconnect the back up battery, disconnect from the mains (un plug) wait 20 secs then re apply mains and re connect battery.
