Trying to register for BT mobile wifi, a required field asks for an @btinternet address. BT help has confirmed I don't have one, although I'm a broadband customer. They seem unable to tell me how to get one. Any ideas ?
If its the BT Wi-Fi (previously Openzone) service then you can reach them on 0800 022 3322 If you are a BT Business customer you should have access by default
i seem to have the exact same problem as the very first post i have read, because i am a broadband customer, i dont seem to be open a btinternet account in order to have a bt username and password, "help please !!! many thanks
