I am following the guidance on setting up a new folder in the ftp root so I can point another domain name to the new folder. When I get to the step where the instruction is to click on "page" to open ftp folder in windows explorer I get an error message when windows explorer opens " An error occurred when opening the folder on the ftp server. Make sure you have permission to access this folder. Details 505:/ no such file or directory"
What's this all about? Can't find anything in the help pages, so hoping someone else has encountered and solved this problem.
