eshop help, can not see store online

I have purchased the eshop package (BT Web HOsting Trader 1000), this was a nightmare itself as the on-line purchasing process would not work and it took hours on the phone to get hold of anybody that even knew anything about it, finally being put through to somebody that added the package to my account for me.

 

Great job, or so I thought, the eshop builder itslef is working fine, but whenever I click to veiw my shop I eventually get an error message that the server failed to respond. The URL for my eshop is appearing in the browser as eshop.littlestarstitches.co.uk

 

I have trawled the internet for 2 days now in search of help, to no avail. I have also phoned bt several times, but it's really hard getting thrugh to anybody that knows what I am talking about. I am currently waiting for a call back from the department that should be able to help me, at the time I was told they would ring back within 4 hours, there is only 10 mins left of that time limit, I doubt I'll get a call.

 

This is soooo frustrating, it's as if the package has not been properly activated from BTs end of things, but how on earth do you get in touch with anybody that can actually help?????
