how to factory reset the boradband module?

hi, i was wondering ifg anybody knew how to factory reset the broadband module?

it wont let any of my pc's connect to it, wired or wireless.

I need to factory reset without logging into the module.

cheers for the reply but this is how to reset a dirrerent router.

the info im after is for the bt versatility boradvand module.

I Think you'll need to connect to the versatility using the Wizard Programme & the supplied serial lead.
