My friend's website has been hosted on BTconnect free webspace since last autumn.
Lately he found main contents (images and swfs) on his website are not loaded and it shows just html only.
As I was asked to fix this issue I looked into it then found some weird diversion is going on.
Basically all the files are uploaded in the same level of the directory ('public' folder) and on the html files all the images and swfs are coded to be on the same level of directory as htmls, however, once they (images and swfs) are called it seems that those codes are overwritten to some strange directory.
Below is the error message:
The requested URL /isp/btconnecthosting.com/b/r/my friend's username/public/nocache.php/main.swf was not found on this server.
I have downloaded all the contents of the 'public' folder and uploaded them all to some other webspace and checked if the same issue wolud happen, however it worked totally fine with no missing images or swfs.
Please can anyone advise me why this happens and how to fix...
