Last week I purchased a .co.uk domain via BT (no hosting services purchased). I have a confirmation email to say that the order is complete, however when I go into manage your domain names it says I have no domains registered to BT Business. I do have MyOffice and can send and receive emails to the new mailbox, but having set an alias for the mail box when I try to send emails to the alias from my btinternet.com mailbox I get the error message 'no MX or A for this domain'. Any suggestions while I await a response from BT.
