reactivate btconnect.com email account

I had a btconnect.com account until September 2014, closed for new btinternet.com account.

Typical, wanted to find som eold email from 2011. Any idea who I cantact to establish my old account.

Sorry that its taken a while to answer, 

I am afraid that if your BT connect.com account was closed down more than 28 days ago there is very little chance that your email will still exist on the server,  that said if you speak with our sales team they can reactivate the email account by placing a chargeable product on the account.
