Hi chrispegg,
We don’t outright delete member’s accounts because it causes issues eg with orphaned content on the forum.
However, what we can do is change the account information (first name / last name, email address / username) and then ban the account thus effectively removing it without deleting any previous posts.
I'll sort this out right away.
