restored iphone and now can't set up btconnect email on phone?

I have followed all the instructions re inbound pop3.btconnect.com and outbound smtp.btconnect.com ports, users etc exactly as the instructions, and beleive me i've done it for about 3 hours now so i've tried very hard to do this, and this stuff isn't new to me but i still get the error:

 

pop3.btconnect.com not responding.

 

I use 365 email but i can't set up on exchange as it never looks for the server.

 

Any pointers anyone...I remember now it was hard last time i did it but i did work it out, but it's foxed me this time?

Hi Scol,

 

O365 Doesn't use the pop3.btconnect.com and Smtp.btconnect.com servers,

 

they User

 

pop.outlook.com

SSL Enabled,

port 995,

 

Smtp.outlook.com

TLS Enabled

Port 587

 

BT Do have a mobile support team for O365 which may be able to help
