security certificate cannot be verified

ever since you changed email system, we get this message every time we open outlook

settings are pop or smtp.outlook.com, ssl, ports in 995 out 587, authentication on

emails come through ok but how can we stop the message

Hi Pete,

 

This is sometimes caused by office not being upto date, can you go into start - control panel - windows update and see if there are any updates available for Microsoft office?

yes it is and port set at 995

Thank you very much Stephen, Top man.

there was 4 win 7 pcs, 2 had security certificate problem, after installing office sp3 the we get no security certifacte problem.
