I cannot get it to work. I have tried both Exchange ActiveSync and POP3 cannot get either to work. Can anybody help with all the info I need to put in the htc? What is the Domain for example? What ports should I use?

Hi,
Right, quick guide.
POP email setting.
Incoming server - pop3.btconnect.com
Incoming port - 110
Security - None
Outgoing server - mail.btconnect.com
Outgoing port - 25
Login required - ticked
Security - None
Username - blahblahblah@btconnect.com
There you go.
If it doesn't work then try it on wireless rather than your mobile phone provider's net connection, as they may be blocking port 25.
If it doesn't work after than then contact the Helpdesk, as there may be an issue with your account.
And for the record I just set up one of my @btconnect.com accounts while writing this, so I know it works.
Hope that helps.
Cheers.

Hi,
One thing to bear in mind with OldWolf's post - it only works if your email hasn't been migrated to Office365.
If you have then you need to go to the Help and Support pages and look at the following:
