swapping routers

Hi all,

i have an old voyager router and it is not well, i hyave been sent a new 2wire but i do not have the config login and password for the broadband account, where can i get these?

Hi,

Quickest way would probably be to call the Helpdesk go to www.bt.com/business/contact for faqs and contact information. Make sure you have some account details, and the answer to the security on your account.
