Morning
we joined BT One Phone last year. BT gave us airtime credit as an incentive to join and agreed charges. Since then we have been significantly overcharged and not had the airtime credit applied to our account. This resulted in a complaint to the Communications Ombudsman who ruled completely in our favour. BT One Phone have still not implemented the decision and continue to chase for unpaid bills rhatvare not due. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do next?
many thanks
paul
Hi P4ulr
I'm sorry this hasn't been implemented. I want to look into this from our side, can you please send over a private message?
Hello!
I'm sorry to hear about the ongoing issues with BT One Phone. Since the Communications Ombudsman ruled in your favor, you might want to escalate the matter further. Consider reaching out to BT's executive complaints team or contacting the Financial Ombudsman Service for additional support.
