Is there anyone you can talk to in the uk to resolve billing problems had problems from day one no one is helping or resolving on phone for hours every month

Can you not just please ring us so we can get everything sorted, we would like to close the account but I’m not paying over £900 pounds for the privilege when nothing has worked properly and every month my bill is wrong

This is just another waste of time nobody helps or reply’s  wish I’d never got involved with BT
