About a week ago I called and was on the phone for about an hour trying to cancel by services because I moved out of my apartment and could not move my services to my new residence. I have already sent back my equipment as well. However, I just received an email that says my bill for this month is ready. Can someone actually cancel my service for me please because I am not paying this bill.
