Charges after contract end

Hello,

My BT business account number: [REMOVED].

 

I had a 24-month contract ending on 30 July 2025.

On 30 June 2025, I called BT to give my 30-day notice to prevent an automatic renewal for another 2 years. Once the service ended, I returned all equipment (router and phone) using BT’s provided return packaging and sent confirmation of the return.

 

However, in the My BT app, charges are still appearing, and money has been taken from my account. The last bill shows £19.82 for "Bundled service – Broadband and internet". I am concerned that further charges may be applied despite my contract being completed and all equipment returned.

 

Please urgently check this matter and explain why charges are still being taken after the contract ended. I believe there should be no additional costs in this situation.
