Can someone please tell me how I am supposed to make a formal complaint to BT? I am a Business customer but have been told by BT Business that I have a Corporate account.
I have tried all ways to do this, through servicemanagementcentre@bt.com, via online chat, via online submission etc....
I have followed the "BT Guidelines" on complaints as well.
A simple email address or a telephone number would be great?
