How to make a Complaint?

Hi

Can someone please tell me how I am supposed to make a formal complaint to BT? I am a Business customer but have been told by BT Business that I have a Corporate account.

 

I have tried all ways to do this, through servicemanagementcentre@bt.com, via online chat, via online submission etc....

I have followed the "BT Guidelines" on complaints as well.

 

A simple email address or a telephone number would be great?

 

If you need to point me in a certain direction, my complaint relates to;

  • incorrect billing
  • misselling
  • mismanagement
  • failure to cease my services when requested.

Hi Beth,

I have a very similar complaint to make and have had nothing but issues with BT for the last 2 years. I had a fault with my line and was running at 1mb!! Open reach came out and run another line into the property and I was told I would not be charged due to the line showing a fault so you can only imagine my surprise when I looked at my emails today and have a bill for over £600!

Please can you send me details of where I can send an invoice for all the time (30 x 2 hour calls) plus cancelled appointments to?

Thank you for replying. I tried to call Monday and was on hold for 2 hours and 17 minutes and no one answered so had to hang up as lost another few hours again.

 

I will try again today but if I I am hold for a long time again I will contact you furtehr
