Hi, can anyone help with how to make a complaint? I upgraded from a copper line to full fibre broadband in January 2024. Since then BT has been charging me for 2 lines. Each month when the bill arrives I contact billing. I am told that the bill will be put on hold until the issue is resolved. The next month the same thing happens. I am reassured that the problem will be sorted. It is like groundhog day apart from the fact that they now add late payment charges. My complaint has now been active for 12 months but I received an email today telling me I owe about £3000 and if I don't pay they will take action against me. Is there a UK number or email address I can use to try and get someone to sort it?
