I recently applied to cancel our Mitel Maintenance, I was under the impression we were not in contract so should not be any charges for cancelling. I was actually expecting a credit back dated to the cease date of 20/12/23. An e-mail has come back saying ETC will be charged at £2,247.83. I wish to dispute this and feel we should be credit for charges for Mitel Maintenance from 20/12/23 till now as we have received no benefit of it during that period.
