I am writing to find out who is the head of BT business complaint in the UK and would like to send the a letter personally of how my complaint is being handled. The whole BT business complaint procedure is NOT being followed as to the your Customer Complaints code and needs addressing and investigating from a much higher level.
I have a complaint reference with 7 recipients from BT included in the email trail however still cannot get any answers.
I have been passed around so many different departments and spent hours upon hours on the telephone for what should be a simple complaint. This has been ongoing for months. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GETTING THIS RESOLVED. I have been a BT business customer for over 40 years and am also at my wits end.
