I am really hoping someone can help. We have a business acct with BT and an open complaint running at the moment but I am not able to put into writing the complaint so we have a paper trail. I am struggling with the phone updates and feel we are not any closer to resolving the issues at all - Has anyone got a contact email or any way we can put it writing the formal complaint.
