We have 3 shops all with bt that are all being charged 3 rentals a month. I reckon I have spent 30 hours on the phone trying to sort this, along with about 20 case references opened but never solved. Every one I speak to promises to sort this out but I am still no further forward.
I am going to have to go to ombudsman as I cannot se any other way around it
To make it worse we have now sold one of the shops and bt would not let us cancel the contract so was going to get new owners to set up dd from their account but can't do that as the bill each month is over £200
